Free Flu Shots for Seniors
Each fall Sentara Potomac Hospital offers free flu vaccines to persons 60 and over. Vaccines are given at places of worship and other community locations.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that everyone 60 and older get a flu shot each fall.

Options in Hernia Repair
A free seminar from Sentara Potomac Hospital
Are you living with the pain caused by an untreated hernia? Dr. Jeffrey Sinclair, a board-certified general surgeon, will discuss laparoscopic, minimally-invasive surgical solutions to repair hernias in adults and children (ages 2+). He will also review types of hernias, common causes and what to expect during recovery.
